W.J. Contracting Corp was the general contractor for the interior fit-out for the Malin Flatiron co-working office space. The scope of work in the 32,700 sq ft workspace in the mixed-use. The Malin is a design-led co-working space in Manhattan that blends contemporary colors and textures. The Malim Flatiron features five meeting rooms, one boardroom, and one library are available for private booking. Each space is custom furnished and tech-powered to accommodate video conferencing and screen sharing, and our onsite team can facilitate meeting materials and catering orders.
