The scope of work in the 10,000 sq ft workspace in the mixed-use, landmarked American Railroad Supply Building will embody a residential feel with a tranquil, landscaped patio in back. The renovations tie in the historic value with modern feel and contribute to a enriched working environment mirroring the neighborhood’s innovative and artistic charm.
