W.J. Contracting Corp completed an interior remodel for The Gateway residential lounge in Battery Park, NYC. W.J. Contracting Corp worked closely with the interior designer on this community space to create a functional space to the specifications of residents.
The work on this project included Electrical work installed linear lights, new exit signs, smoke detectors, and fixtures. Work in the residential hallways and entryways. Painting, custom millwork, and finishes. Installed new flooring and wall coverings. Finished exterior with installation of awning.
