- Installed new doors with frames, hinges, and hardware. Installed door stops and new base molding.
- Millwork: Installed new closet millwork at select locations. Installed a new pivot wall at reception. Built and installed pantry millwork.
W.J. Contracting Corp completed an interior fit-out for the new Queens Council on the Arts space in Long Island City. The work on this project included Electrical work installed linear lights, new exit signs, smoke detectors, and fixtures. Plumbing work to install bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Install water pumps to the janitor and hallway for sinks.
Painting, custom millwork, and finishes. Installed new sound matting at new wood flooring. Install new tile in bathrooms, new countertop in pantry, window treatments, finished concrete floor, installed carpet in select locations, and Installed wheelchair-accessible ramp.
