- Removed all floor and plywood.
- Installed unfinished 3 x 3 1/4 inches maple floor.
- Installed new plywood to concrete slap. Sand, stain, and refinish floors.
W.J. Contracting Corp was the general contractor for the Orior Furniture 32 Mercer St, Soho, NYC Showroom. W.J. Contracting Corp completed the approximately 5,000 sq ft of showroom space on the 2nd floor including framing the arch doorways and installing new flooring.
