W.J. Contracting is a full-service construction provider with extensive and diversified experience in new construction and exterior/interior renovations. Our knowledge allows us to manage sensitive projects with minimal disruption to the surrounding facilities and ongoing operations. Willie Dempsey has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and has an extraordinary track record on a variety of large-scale projects in New York and the tri-state region.
As construction manager and general contractor, Willie’s involvement begins from the earliest stages of design all the way through to client occupancy. He provides the client with control over all aspects of the project, including budgeting and scheduling. Value engineering is continuously employed to optimize costs and time and to ensure that design and materials meet physical and functional requirements.
